Dr. Alexander Kakaris Porter graduated from University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2021 with high honors and accolades from his class. Following in Dr. Kakaris’ strong dedication to continued education, Dr. Kakaris Porter has completed over 500 hours of continuing education training since his graduation from the University of Detroit Mercy. In his career, Dr. Kakaris Porter focuses on using the leading dental technology in his everyday patient care. He believes all patients deserve the innovation and comfort provided by “new age” dentistry. Dr. Kakaris Porter is a proud Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, as well as a member of the Detroit Dental Society, American Dental Association, and Michigan Dental Association. He is eligible to receive his Fellowship of American General Dentistry, and plans to officially receive his award at AGD’s next award ceremony in 2026.
Outside of the office, Dr. Kakaris Porter is an airplane enthusiast and loves collecting model airplanes, traveling, and closely following new developments in dental technology and the dental field.
