Born and raised in Italy, Dr. Alessandra Dagostin earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Verona in 1993. She later completed a three-year advanced specialty program in Prosthodontics at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2004. With more than 33 years of experience, Dr. Dagostin feels fortunate to be part of a profession that allows her to improve her patients’ quality of life every day.
Dr. Dagostin believes in a comprehensive treatment approach that helps her patients maintain healthy, confident smiles for life. She is passionate about combining advanced dental techniques with compassionate, personalized care for every patient she treats. To her, dentistry is not just about treating teeth, it is about improving overall health and well-being.
Dr. Dagostin’s dedication to the profession extends beyond clinical practice. She proudly taught at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for nearly 20 years and has contributed to international dental research journals. She has also presented her research in Sweden at meetings of the International Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research, as well as at other scientific conferences throughout Europe.
Dr. Dagostin grew up in the Italian Alps and has always loved nature and outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and biking. She lives with her family in Ann Arbor and enjoys being part of its vibrant community.
